To keep things as simple as possible, we proudly offer FREE DELIVERY in 5-15 business days. You also have the option to choose White Glove Delivery for $175 + $125 per item at checkout! This service provides room of choice as well as packing material removal.

Leading up to delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order.

Please note we do not currently offer free delivery to New York City, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Shipping time frames are estimates based on past shipments, not guarantees. In rare instances, delivery time frames may be affected by factors which we have no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, inclement weather, or carrier delays. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us - we’re here to help!

• Cancellations

If you change your mind completely, we understand. As long as you cancel your order before it has left our store, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order once it has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for a 20% Cancellation Fee ⚠️.

If you have questions about the status of your order, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

• Returns


To start your return process, get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will set you up with everything you need for the return. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, plus a 20% restocking fee ⚠️. If you decide to return your item(s), we will refund the purchase price less the 20% restocking fee.

Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.

Any items shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by our return policy.

• Exchanges

Changed your mind? We’re more than happy to help you order another product if your original order hasn't already shipped. Exchanges for delivered items are not allowed.

In store pick up

Schedule a Pick🆙 appointment using this link OR the link provided in your order confirmation email. Appointments can only be scheduled 48 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule an existing appointment at any time using the change/cancel appointment link located at the bottom of your pick up appointment confirmation email.

When you arrive, all you do is sign. It's that easy!
